About MirrorStack

Software an agent builds, runs, and keeps in sync — so the people using it don't have to.

MirrorStack is an AI-native CMS. Instead of a dashboard you operate, it is a platform an agent operates for you: it discovers shared modules, composes them into an app for each client, and keeps every client in sync the moment a module changes.

It started from a simple frustration — shipping the same software over and over by hand, then fixing it a dozen different ways. The platform turns that into one shared core that an agent extends, isolates per client, and never copy-pastes.

The homepage isn't a mockup. That's the agent composing a real app from modules that already exist — and authoring the ones that don't.

Founder & engineer

I'm an engineer who got tired of building the same software by hand for every new client — and then maintaining a dozen slightly different copies of it.

MirrorStack began as something selfish: I wanted one agent that could just run my own week from parts I'd already built. That idea grew into a platform that composes and operates software for everyone — the way I wanted it to run my life.

What's already built, and what a co-founder would own

What's already built

  • The agent-operated platform — real and running
  • A module SDK and publishing flow
  • Per-client isolation, kept in sync automatically
  • The live homepage demo

What you'd own

  • Go-to-market, from zero
  • The first agencies and customers
  • Positioning and pricing
  • The commercial engine

Looking for a founding partner

MirrorStack is one technical founder so far. I'm looking for the person to build the company with.

I can build the product — the platform you just watched compose an app is real and running. What I'm weakest at is the part that turns a working product into a business: early customers, positioning, and a commercial engine.

So I'm looking for a commercial / go-to-market co-founder who lives in the agency and small-software world — someone who has sold to or run agencies and built a GTM motion from zero. Full-time, founding equity, building from the ground up together.

That's the gap I feel most — but I care more about obsession than background. Whether your edge is go-to-market or deep systems — the kind of person who'd make this run anywhere, on any cloud or self-hosted on a customer's own infra — if agent-operated software is what you can't stop thinking about, let's talk.
